Oak Medical continues its growth in the Madison area with our newest Facility Partnership, Oakwood Village. Oak Medical will be providing services at both the Prairie Ridge and University Woods locations. Oakwood Village provides care to residents across the continuum. Independent living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing Care and Rehabilitation can be found at both locations. Our Medical Director Dr. Sarfraz Sidhu and Physician Assistant Paige Smithback will follow patients at the facility. Oak Medical is excited to work with a facility that holds individuality, physical and emotional well-being, and independence as top priorities for their patients.
