Oak Medical is proud to welcome our newest partnership with Green Bay Health Services as Respiratory Program Director. Dr. Keshni Ramnanan will serve as Respiratory Medical Director and provide medical management in partnership with Laura Sweet, Nurse Practitioner. Green Bay Health Services goal is to create an environment that affords their residents the opportunity to be a partner in the care they receive, to develop trusting relationships with their caregivers, and to help them reach the highest level of independence.
